Role Summary     Drafters will be internal constituent facing, providing outputs in the form of Engineering drawings, build instructions, and illustrations to communicate design and manufacturing processes, all of which meet Minco and industry          standards.  Drafters will contribute in troubleshooting design-related manufacturing challenges and helps to guide decisions.  This position typically works under supervision, requires specific instructions on activities, and seeks          approval for proposed actions.
