We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Corporate Quality team.
In this role, Quality Engineers will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and customers to support and strengthen Minco’s quality systems and processes. This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting customer satisfaction across the organization.

Responsibilities:
· Support new product introduction by ensuring products meet or exceed customer specifications and quality requirements.
· Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements to increase product manufacturing yields and process efficiency.
· Respond to internal and external customers quality inquires and lead issue resolutions to ensure timely and effective outcomes.
· Initiate, manage, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs), and Returned Material Authorizations (RMAs).
· Interpret, and apply company, industry, and customer quality standards to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
· Apply quality engineering tools and methodologies, including flow diagrams, control plans, PFMEAs and measurement system analysis, to improve product and process quality.
· Evaluate and monitor inspection requirements, materials specifications, measurements systems and manufacturing processes to ensure quality conformance.
· Investigate product failures, customer returns and other quality issues to identify improvements.
· Identify quality issues and lead structured problem-solving activities both individually and within cross-functional teams.
· Conduct internal and process audits to verify compliance with quality standards and procedures.
· Lead and participate in quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
· Coordinate quality-related communications and provide training to support awareness and adherence to quality standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a Business Field.
· Minimum of two years of experience in quality engineering or a related quality role.
· At least one year of experience working with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, or AS9100, or similar standards.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.
