Minco has an outstanding opportunity for you to join our IT team as a full-time IT Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist I provides front-line, on-site technical support to end users across the organization. This role is responsible for supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft applications, printers, and general day-to-day IT support needs.
This position is customer-facing and requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a service-oriented mindset.

Pay Range: $50,000-$62,000 annually
