Channel Sales Representative

Channel Sales Representatives work with our existing Distributors, Independent Representative Groups, and Affiliates.  Channel Sales Representatives identify, prospect, develop, close, implement successful programs, and work with new Distributors, Independent Representative Groups, and Affiliates.  Channel Sales Representatives ensure profitable business growth of our many and varied product and solution offerings, in all our current and future diversified markets, with both our new and existing Distributors, Independent Representative Groups, and Affiliates.




  • Meets or exceeds Quotas.
  • Provides competent Minco product and service solutions to our many and varied clients/customers; successfully meeting or exceeding all company profit and growth expectations.
  • Ensures company pricing and profit integrity on any/all client/customer programs and projects.  Client/customer quotations are provided with the prior written approval of the Manager – Product Marketing Management and the appropriate product family Engineering Manager, and/or the full, ethical and honorable utilization of ProfitMiner.
  • Demonstrates sound business acumen; successfully implementing all client/customer solutions with continual company profit-mindedness.
  • Ensures full and complete compliance of any/all client/customer purchases and/or purchase orders, with the full enforcement of any/all company policies, procedures, and/or programs.  Client/customer purchases and/or purchase orders are thoroughly reviewed, vetted, approved or disapproved to be in full and complete compliance with any/all company policies, procedures, and/or programs.
  • Successfully implements all external and internal constituent programs timely, professionally, competently, and profitably, as approved by Management.
  • Timely, professionally, competently, and profitably solves any and all client/customer inquiries and challenges, as approved by Management.
  • Successfully and timely implements all company program and service offerings approved by the collaborative work of Management, Engineering, Quality, and Product Marketing, as approved by Management.
  • Implements, monitors, and communicates timely all client/customer projects, programs, and orders to successful and timely completion.
  • Thorough understanding of competitor’s product and service offerings, and pricing.
  • Ensures all relevant market, competitive, commercial, and technical information is/are timely provided to the Management of Engineering, Quality, and Product Marketing.
  • Implements company profitable growth and pricing strategies for any/all clients/customers.
  • Proactively solves opportunities and challenges by implementing actionable solutions ensuring company profit, revenue and growth objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Successfully identifies and creates opportunities to expand our company product and service offerings; successfully implements and achieves all company growth objectives.
  • Contributes timely on any/all market, product and service offerings via all communication mediums and channels.
  • Performs other duties as identified.

  • Competent and proficient with all Microsoft applications and an ability to learn more.  


Work Experience:


A minimum of three (3) years working in a similar role at a business-to-business manufacturing company with diverse product and service solutions.




High School Diploma, GED, Associates or Bachelor Degree in Business, Business Management, Marketing, or Liberal Arts.
