Responsibilities

  • Reviews, verifies, and enters incoming and outgoing orders, materials, and transportation with proper documentation
  • Troubleshoots discrepancies and receives assistance on complex problems
  • Performs a variety of operational projects and audits records, such as cycle counting, opening and closing shop orders, working with returned materials, processing international, and operating the ERP
  • Assists with responding to daily questions and concerns from warehousing, inventory, production, customer service, or other functions
  • Performs a variety of shipping, receiving, and material duties
  • Ensures compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment and efficient operations

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Up to one year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or material environment

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Positions in this class typically require: stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and repetitive motions.  

 

What Skills You Bring:

  • Understanding of documents and forms related to the shipping process
  • Operating within an enterprise resource planning environment
  • Serving as a specialist in one or more of the shipping, receiving, or materials processes
  • Troubleshooting basic problems or data
  • Handling and labeling hazardous materials based on area of assignment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational policies and procedures
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

 

 

This position is a 1st shift, full-time position located in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.

 

Work Environment

Will be subject to noise, fumes, mechanical parts, electrical currents, chemicals, and other environmental factors in manufacturing and logistic environments
