    What You’ll Do:

    • Move boxes, office equipment, chairs, cubicles, tables, and related items
    • Assemble, set-up, and tear down items
    • Perform general maintenance activities, such as changing light bulbs, hanging pictures or signs, moving parts and equipment,
    • Perform basic preventative maintenance, troubleshooting on standard building, office, and manufacturing equipment.
    • Follow health and safety policies and procedures
    • Assist with maintaining an overall clean and safe environment
    • Provide assistance and support to other maintenance staff, such as lifting and loading items, transporting tools and equipment as directed.
    • Operate standard manual and hand tools, such as hammers, drills, screwdrivers, and related equipment.
    • Follow written and verbal instruction
    • Complete a variety of documents and logs detailing daily activities,
    • Enter data, and run standard reports
    • Perform various janitorial or housekeeping activities such as handling trash, landscaping, and shoveling snow
    • Follow safety instructions
    • Other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor


    Who You Are:


    Basic Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
    • One year or more of a maintenance experience 

     Preferred Qualifications:


    • Experience with electrical and/or plumbing systems
    • Manufacturing experience
    • Able to use power tools, equipment, and machinery in areas of specialization
    • Able to prioritize, assign work and train others, as needed
    • Able to communicate with other departments to solve process and operational problems
    • Basic computer skills

    • Able to follow through with commitments and assignments as well as meet deadlines
    • Able to work with a team and independently
