Handle, package and ship products to our customers! Every day you will help Minco succeed by carefully and appropriately packaging quality products on time in support of operational needs. You will develop ways to continuously improve your daily responsibilities by troubleshooting shipping, receiving and packaging challenges that may arise while living Minco’s icare values -- Integrity, Communication, Accountability, Respect, & Energy.



  • Perform a variety of shipping and receiving duties that include pulling, picking, staging, transporting, labeling, delivering materials, packing and shipping product
  • Prepare documentation and forms for each package to be shipped or received within in areas of responsibility
  • Review, verify and enter incoming and outgoing orders, materials, and transportation with proper documentation
  • Ensure work requirements are completed appropriately and information is accurate
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies and seek assistance on complex issues
  • Assist with responding to daily questions and concerns from warehousing, inventory, production and customer service
  • Investigate inventory issues and work with your team to determine a solution
  • Ensure compliance with operating policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean and efficient work environment 
  • Adapt to changes as they occur and use feedback for improvement.
  • Train others on processes, equipment, and work instructions within your area (after you’ve been trained).
  • Support our Continuous Improvement (CI) culture by providing suggestions to help improve processes



Basic Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma for GED Equivalent 


Preferred Qualifications: 


  • 6 months of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong math skills
  • Communicate effectively across the organization in both written and verbal formats
  • PC skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and other applicable applications
  • Understanding of documents and forms related to the shipping process
  • Understanding of practices related to cycle counting, opening and closing orders, returned materials, and related processes
  • Operating within an enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment
  • Experience in a warehouse, shipping, or receiving role

This position is a regular full-time position located in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.
