Minco has an outstanding opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) with a successful track record of Sales results! We seek a high-performance, proven Sales professional, selling custom temperature-related components, assemblies and solutions. As a member of Minco’s Sales Team, reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, you will deliver consistent revenue growth in one of our regions.


To increase sales, you will work closely with Minco’s product managers, other RSMs, application engineers, customer service and our leadership team. We are a global provider of temperature management and flex circuit solutions for high-reliability applications in the medical, aerospace, defense, power generation and other markets.


  • Deliver Sales revenue that meets or exceeds your assigned territory revenue objectives, on an annual as well as a quarterly basis.
  • Proven ability to …
    • Manage all aspects of the Sales Process for both prospective and current customers.  Identify, prospect, qualify, develop, propose, present, and close prospective customers; winning existing production orders as well as appropriate prototype and new design solution production orders.
    • Meet/Exceed your Sales Objectives.  You will be working with some of our existing customers as well as new, prospective customers.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business, or Marketing preferred. 
  • Three or more years of Sales success, selling custom-engineered and manufactured products.  A background in design-engineered product sales is a plus. OEM customer Sales in the Medical, Defense, and/or Aerospace industries preferred.
  • Five or more years of annual Sales revenue responsibility of $5MM or more, with annual Sales growth of at least ten percent (10%).
  • Ability to travel sixty percent (60%) or more, as needed.

This position is a regular full-time role located in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.
