Minco has an outstanding opportunity for you to join our Thermal Solutions Engineering team as a full-time Engineering Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Engineering team in various aspects of day-to-day operations including maintaining critical business data, identifying problems or delays, and coordinating communication within our department.

  • Perform general administrative duties (i.e., filing, scanning, copying, faxing, data entry, etc.)
  • Process assembly instructions (AI), and Engineering change orders requests (ECO/ECRs)
  • Assign quotes to Engineers within Thermal Solutions Business Unit
  • Create PO requisitions
  • Edit routing steps in IFS
  • Update and print shop orders; reserve and issue materials in IFS
  • Set up Routings and Structures of products in catalog
  • Review and edit red-lined documents
  • Maintain the integrity of the document control system
  • Maintain training records
  • Back up other Engineering Coordinators
  • Add documents into Part Catalog and set up approval routings


Basic Qualifications:


  • High school graduate or equivalent education and experience
  • Two years or more administrative support experience
  • Two years of experience or more with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Experience working in an Engineering or Manufacturing company
  • Advanced Microsoft office applications experience (able to write or create Word Forms, Pivot Tables, Visual Basic and Macros)
  • IFS or comparable ERP system experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


This position is a regular full-time position located in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.
