Overview

Minco has an outstanding opportunity for a successful Vice President of Sales with a proven track record of building high performing sales teams for both direct sales and indirect sales representatives.  As a member of Minco’s Leadership Team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will deliver consistent revenue growth through your leadership of the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Communication teams in the Americas, Europe, and Asia/Pacific regions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Sales revenue that meets or exceeds Minco’s revenue growth objectives, on an annual as well as a quarterly basis.
  • Demonstrated ability to …
    • Create, manage and lead the direct sales representatives and indirect sales channels.
    • Establish, monitor, and meet/exceed Sales Objectives.
    • Provide leadership in all facets of Sales:  prospect, customer, market opportunity strategies, pricing decisions and negotiations, customer agreements,...
    • Lead and develop the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing Communication functions including:  training, coaching, performance management, and compensation decisions.

Qualifications

  • Accredited Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
  • Ten years of experience selling custom-engineered and manufactured products to OEM customers in the Medical, Defense, and/or Aerospace markets preferred.
  • International business experience (Asia/Pacific Region, European Union).
  • Five years or more of successful leadership of both direct and indirect Sales channels, including both revenue and profit responsibility.
  • Five years or more of annual Sales revenue responsibility of $50MM or more, with annual Sales growth of at least ten percent (10%) per annum.
  • Ability to travel fifty percent (50%) or more, as needed.
